Return

We accept return items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. 

Items must be in their original condition with all tags intact, unwashed, and unworn.

Please lodge the return request via the portal. 

All returns will incur a $12 processing fee, which will be deducted from your refund. If your return meets our policy, please submit your request via our Contact Us page. For further assistance, please contact us at info@redsphere.com.au.

To ensure your return is processed successfully and remains eligible for a refund, all items must be received within 14 days of the return request date. We  kindly ask that all returns are sent back within 14days of return request date. Please note that the RS team reserves the right to decline returns received outside of the eligible return period.

Please allow 5-7 business days post delivery for your return to be processed by Red Sphere team.

Underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty. We kindly ask customers to show proof of faulty items for our team to efficiently process your request. 

Final Sale and Further Discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Gifts coming with your purchase cannot be returned.
