Order Processing

The RS team operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are shipped from our facility in Alexandria, NSW 2015, Australia.

Same-Day Dispatch: Orders placed before 12:00 PM will be dispatched on the same business day.

Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be dispatched the following business day.

New Zealand Orders: Shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customs and import duties will be charged to the recipient when the parcel arrives in the destination country.

International Orders: To our international shoppers outside Australia and New Zealand, if you’re interested in purchasing Red Sphere from your country, please get in touch with our team. We’ll do our best to arrange the most suitable shipping option for you.

We will keep you in the loop every step of the way:

• You will receive an email notification once we receive your order.

• After your order leaves our facility, we will send you a second email containing your tracking information.

• We’d recommend monitoring your delivery progress via the Australia Post tracking system.
